Can other hotels see our data?
No. Each organisation's data is isolated at the database level, with row-level security on every table. The database enforces the separation, not only the app.
Who can see our finance numbers?
Only owners and admins, and the database enforces it. That covers costs, rent, bills and Impact, the money at stake in Operational Signals, Relyo's ranked list of what needs attention. Maintainers see only the repair costs on their own jobs.
What can maintainers see?
Only the jobs assigned to them, with the property and landlord contacts they need. They record and see the repair costs on those jobs. They do not see rent, bills or housing cost reports.
Does the AI change data on its own?
No. Every change Relyo AI proposes shows an approval card first, and nothing runs until a person approves it. Every AI change is logged, and viewers can ask questions but cannot make changes.
What data can we export from Relyo?
The activity log exports to CSV. Cost reports export as CSV, PDF or Excel, and occupant lists to CSV. Each occupant can also export their own data or delete their account in the occupant portal.
