What is staff housing software?
Staff housing software, also called staff accommodation software, runs the housing an employer gives its staff: room planning by the employer's rules, inspections, repairs, utility bills, rent for leased buildings and the cost per person. A guest PMS is built for guest bookings instead. Relyo is staff housing software for hotels and resorts.
Does Relyo replace our hotel PMS?
No. Relyo is not a guest PMS. It is a separate system built only for staff housing, and it replaces the spreadsheets, chat groups and fake PMS reservations that staff housing often runs on.
Who on our team uses Relyo?
In Relyo, the housing team runs the daily work, HR sets the grades and owners and admins see the costs. Maintainers see only their own jobs, and your staff use their own occupant portal, both on any phone. Viewers can view and ask questions without changing anything.
We run several hotels. Can they all be in Relyo?
Yes, one Relyo organisation can hold the staff houses of many hotels. Departments and their permissions decide who sees and manages what. Hotels set up as separate organisations have no combined view today.

Yes. Relyo AI reads utility bills from any provider and lease contracts in any language, and it separates estimated bills from actual meter readings. Every field shows how confident the AI is, and you review it before saving.
