How quickly can we go live?

Five days from contract to your team using it in production. We import your existing unit list and resident roster from whatever you have today, spreadsheet, Notion page, the old PMS. There's no IT project, no integration build, no waiting on procurement. One of the founders sits with your operations lead for the early weeks.

What happens to our existing spreadsheets and HR data?

We import them. The first 48 hours of a Relyo pilot are spent loading your unit list, your landlord contracts, your current resident roster and the last 12 months of utility readings. After that the spreadsheet becomes a snapshot, not the source of truth. You can keep exporting back to it if your finance team needs CSVs.

What does the Summer 2026 pilot cost?

Nothing. The pilot is free for selected partners. We cover setup and onboarding, and you run your operation on Relyo at no cost. Pricing only enters the conversation if you choose to continue beyond the pilot, and we'll figure that out together.
