How does HR know every new hire has a room?
Relyo flags every arrival in the next 14 days who has no room yet, in Operational Signals, its ranked list of what needs attention. The housing team runs Smart Match to propose rooms by your grades and accepts them in one click. HR can follow the same list, even with view-only access.
Who in HR uses Relyo?
In Relyo, HR usually owns the grades: the room rules, allowances and rent cover behind each housing offer. The housing team places people by them, and owners and admins see cost per grade and department. Viewers can view and ask questions without changing anything.
Can our staff see what their grade entitles them to?
Yes, in Relyo's occupant portal each person sees their room, dates and grade entitlement, plus rent due and their share of bills. It works in the browser on any phone, with nothing to install.
Can one department apply grades more strictly than another?
Yes, in Relyo each department has its own grade check setting: off, warn or block. When you make an exception, you dismiss the violation with a reason, so the record shows why.
How does the rehire shortlist work?
Relyo's end-of-season report lists last season's people who pass three checks: they completed their stay, no repair cost is attributed to them and they stayed within their allowance. Owners and admins see it, and you decide who gets an offer. Early next season, a signal flags anyone still without a rehire decision.
Is any of this decided by AI?
No. Grade checks, the Smart Match engine, cost numbers and the rehire shortlist all run on fixed rules. Relyo AI can explain a number or help with setup, and it changes nothing without your approval.
Does Relyo connect to our HR or payroll system?
No. Relyo has no HR or payroll integrations, so the staff list comes in from CSV or Excel, up to 500 rows per file. Relyo tracks who owes what, and any payroll deduction happens outside it.
