What does Relyo do each day for a hotel housing team?

Does Operational Signals use AI?
Only one part of it does. The 31 checks are fixed rules that re-run every few minutes and after relevant changes, and they clear themselves once the problem is fixed. Relyo recommends uses AI to suggest up to three next steps a night, and it never changes anything.
What happens when I mark an item as fixed?
Relyo runs the check again at once and either confirms the fix or shows the item as Still detected. You can also snooze an item until a date or until it changes, and it comes back early if it gets worse. You can dismiss an item with a reason and restore it any time.
What about late hires who arrive mid-season?
In Relyo you add them by hand, from a file or through Relyo AI, then run Smart Match again for everyone without a room. Accept its proposals, and the stays are created in one click. Until then, Operational Signals lists each of them as an arrival with no room.
Does Relyo AI change anything without asking?
No, Relyo AI never changes anything without your approval. Every change it proposes shows an approval card first, and you can preview an assignment or a check-out as a dry run. Every AI change is recorded in the activity log.
Do staff and maintainers need to install an app?
No, Relyo's occupant and maintainer portals work in the browser on any phone, with nothing to install. Your staff see their room, do their move-in checklist, report issues and add photos. Maintainers see only their own jobs, with a day plan that puts critical jobs first.
Is Relyo a PMS?
No, Relyo is not a guest PMS. It is a separate system built only for staff housing, so it does not connect to your PMS and is not an add-on. It replaces the spreadsheets, chat groups and staff stays booked as guest reservations.
How does a housing team start with Relyo?
Selected partners start with a free pilot in one building, set up with the founders. You import your staff list from CSV or Excel, up to 500 rows per file. Pricing is agreed after the pilot.
