Find repeating problems and costs nobody noticed
Relyo runs 31 rule-based checks on your staff housing every few minutes. Each night it flags repeating problems and costs nobody noticed, and Relyo AI suggests what to fix first.
Where AI helps, and where rules decide
AI reads, explains and suggests. Matching, checks, costs and bill splits stay clear rules.
Up to 3 priorities suggested every night
Each night Relyo AI reviews your data and suggests up to 3 priorities, with the numbers behind them.
Nothing changes until you approve
It can create tickets, assign rooms or invite your team, but only after you approve exactly what changes.
Answers that show their sources
Every answer links to the tickets, people, properties or contracts it used.
Rules calculate every number
Rules calculate matching, alerts, costs and bill splits, and AI suggestions citing numbers outside your data are dropped.
Ask in your own words
Ask in any language and get the answer first, then what it means and a next step.
What repeated problems cost, and what to fix first
Operational Signals, Relyo's ranked list of what needs attention, runs 31 rule-based checks every few minutes. Each night, Relyo AI suggests what to fix first, with the numbers.
- The same fault coming back in one unit
- A spike in one kind of repair request
- Rent paid for empty beds in buildings you lease
- Repair costs to review and bills over the allowance
Preview a change, or ask to reverse one
Relyo AI can make changes, from new tickets to housing assignments. Every change it proposes needs your approval, and every change is logged.
- Import a CSV or Excel staff list by dropping it in
- Preview assignments and check-outs before they run
- Ask it to reverse a recent change, then approve
- Viewers can ask questions but cannot change anything
Ask why, and see the numbers behind it
Ask why a cost rose or how two buildings compare, and Relyo AI uses the same calculations as your dashboards. It explains the figures but never computes them.
- Explain a cost change or compare two properties
- Utility use against allowances, arrivals against free beds
- What-if questions answered from your own numbers
- Charts, plus CSV and PDF exports
AI that reads bills, leases, tickets and preferences
Upload a bill or a lease and AI reads the fields, each with a confidence level. You review them before anything is saved.
- Amount, usage, dates and supplier read from each bill
- Lease terms and up to 20 clauses, for buildings you lease
- Ticket severity, category and up to 3 likely duplicates
- Room preferences in plain words for Smart Match room planning
How a change gets approved
Ask for a change
For example, a room move or a new repair ticket, written the way you would say it.
Review the approval card
See what will change and how many records, with a preview for assignments.
Approve, and it is logged
Nothing runs until you approve, and you can ask the AI to reverse it.
Frequently asked questions
What can Relyo AI do for a housing team?
Relyo AI answers questions about your staff housing in plain language, such as "Who still has no room for next week?" It also reads bills and leases, suggests priorities each night, and makes changes like assigning rooms or creating tickets once you approve them.
What does Relyo AI do each night?
Each night Relyo AI adds up to three recommendations to Operational Signals, each with the numbers behind it, such as looking into a fault that keeps coming back. It also groups recurring repair requests into themes. It never changes anything on its own, and your team decides what to act on.
Can Relyo AI change our data on its own?
No. Every change, such as a new ticket or a housing assignment, shows an approval card first and runs only after you approve it. All AI changes are recorded in the activity log.
Which parts of Relyo are AI, and which are rules?
AI powers the assistant, bill and contract scans, ticket suggestions, plain-language Smart Match preferences, import column matching and Relyo recommends. The Smart Match engine, the 31 checks, Impact, every cost number, bill splits and the pick of a maintainer by specialty and workload are rules and calculations.
Where do the numbers in an answer come from?
From the same calculations that feed your dashboards and reports. The AI chooses which figures answer your question and explains them, but it never does the maths itself. Every answer links to the records behind it.
What data does Relyo AI use?
Relyo AI answers only from your organisation's data and shows the records it used. Every change it proposes needs your approval and is logged.
Can I undo something Relyo AI did?
Yes, by asking. Tell the assistant to reverse a recent AI change, then approve the reversal it proposes. It is not a one-click undo, so every step stays visible and logged.
Who can use the AI assistant?
Relyo AI is for your housing team: owners, admins and viewers. Viewers can ask questions but cannot make changes. Occupants, maintainers and landlords do not have an AI chat.
