Everything that needs your attention, in one list
Operational Signals is the ranked list in Relyo, staff housing software for hotels and resorts: arrivals with no room, stalled repairs, unpaid bills, most urgent first.
Rules find problems and AI suggests next steps
31 rule-based checks run every few minutes and after changes. Nightly, Impact calculates the money at stake and Relyo AI suggests up to three next steps.
One email each morning
Owners and admins get it only when something is new or critical.
Up to 3 suggestions a night
Relyo recommends is the AI part: it suggests next steps, with the numbers behind each one.
The money at stake
Impact shows the money and people at stake, calculated each night by rules, for owners and admins.
Assign to me, or to a colleague
Take an item yourself or hand it to a colleague, who is notified.
Relyo checks the fix before closing it
Mark an item as fixed and Relyo runs the check again before it leaves the list.
Checks across five areas of staff housing
Relyo runs 31 rule-based checks in five areas. Each item names the person, room, ticket or bill involved, and the most urgent come first.
- People: arrivals with no room, departures still checked in
- Housing: more people than beds, rooms below a person's entitlement
- Money: overdue rent, unpaid deposits, refunds due, unusual bills
- Maintenance: unassigned, overdue or stalled tickets
- Inspections and leases: missing inspections, leases ending before staff leave
What Impact and Relyo recommends show
Impact calculates the money and people at stake, using rules. Relyo recommends, the only AI part, suggests up to three next steps a night.
- Impact is calculated each night by rules, never by AI
- A suggestion citing a number not in your data is dropped
- Recommendations never change anything on their own
- "Ask Relyo AI about this" opens the assistant on that item
- Money figures for owners and admins only
Snooze it, dismiss it or fix it
Snooze an item to a date or until it changes, and it returns early if it gets worse. Dismiss it with a reason and restore it any time.
- Snooze until tomorrow, next week, a date or until it changes
- Dismiss with a reason, restore it any time
- Mark as fixed, and Relyo checks again at once
- Items clear themselves once the problem is gone
- Viewers can view items without money, but not change them
How a problem gets fixed
A check finds it
A rule spots a problem, such as a lease that ends before the people living there leave.
Someone takes it
Someone assigns it to themselves or a colleague, and the team sees who has it.
Relyo confirms the fix
Mark it as fixed, and Relyo runs the check again before the item closes.
Frequently asked questions
What is Operational Signals in Relyo?
Operational Signals is Relyo's ranked list of what needs attention in your staff housing. It combines 31 rule-based checks, Impact (a nightly calculation of the money and people at stake) and up to three AI suggestions a night from Relyo recommends. It shows on the dashboard, on its own page and in one morning email.
Which parts of Operational Signals use AI?
Only Relyo recommends, the nightly suggestions, uses AI, and it never changes anything. The 31 checks, the ranking, Impact and the daily email are rules and calculations, so you can always see why an item is there. A suggestion that cites a number not in your data is thrown away.
How often do the checks run?
The 31 checks run every few minutes and right after relevant changes, and items clear themselves when the problem is fixed. Impact and Relyo recommends are added each night.
Who sees the money at stake?
In Relyo, only owners and admins see the money at stake. They see Impact, the money checks such as overdue rent or deposits, and Relyo recommends. Viewers see the other items, read-only.
When is the email sent, and who gets it?
Relyo sends owners and admins one email each morning, in English, Greek or French, only when something is new or critical. It lists what is assigned to you, what is new or changed since yesterday and what is still open. Each person can turn it off.
What if a check doesn't apply to how we work?
Dismiss the item with a reason, and restore it any time if you change your mind. Owners and admins can also pause three process checks for the whole organisation: missing move-in inspections, check-outs not submitted and deposits.
How do we know a problem is really fixed?
Relyo checks for you. When you mark an item as fixed, Relyo runs the check again at once and either confirms the fix or keeps the item open as Still detected. Items also clear themselves when the problem goes away.
