Yes, one Relyo organisation can hold the staff houses of several hotels, each in its own currency. Permissions are set per department. Hotels in separate Relyo organisations cannot be viewed together today.
Who can see housing costs?
Owners and admins. Relyo limits finance data to these roles in the database itself. Maintainers see only the repair costs on their own jobs.
Can we set room rules by gender and grade?
Yes. Smart Match follows 6 hard rules, including optional same-gender rooms, each grade's room rules and a room of their own for people entitled to one. Capacity and grade rules are checked again when you accept a proposal.
Which languages does Relyo work in?
Relyo works in English, French and Greek, in every screen, portal and email. Relyo AI reads utility bills from any provider, country or language. For the buildings you lease, it also reads leases in any language.
How does a pilot start?
The founders set up one staff house with you, in its own currency, as a free pilot for selected partners. Your staff list comes in from CSV or Excel, with no PMS connection. Pricing is agreed after the pilot.
