Who can join the free pilot?

What does the pilot cost?
The pilot is free. Pricing is agreed with you after the pilot, and Relyo has no public price list.
What do we need to start?
One building and your staff list in Excel or CSV, up to 500 rows per file. The founders set up your properties with you. Your team and your staff use Relyo in the browser on any phone, with nothing to install.
Does the pilot need an integration with our PMS or HR system?
No. Relyo is a separate system built only for staff housing, and it does not connect to a PMS, HR or payroll system. Your staff list comes in from a file, so there is no integration project before the season.
How do we see whether the pilot worked?
Before the pilot starts, we agree with you one thing to measure, such as the cost per person or inspections done on time. Relyo's cost reports show cost per person by grade, department and property.
