A guest PMS is built for guests and bookings. So staff housing ends up in spreadsheets, chat groups, paper checklists and fake PMS reservations, and every department keeps its own records.
Relyo is a separate system built only for staff housing. It does not connect to a guest PMS and is not an add-on. Every team works from the same record: rooms and beds, what needs fixing and what it all costs.

Hotels, resorts and hotel groups that house seasonal or permanent staff, in buildings they own, lease or both. Other employers and student residences can use it too.
Do we need to connect Relyo to our PMS or HR software?
No. Relyo has no PMS, HR or accounting integration and no API, so there is no integration project before the season. You import your staff list from a CSV or Excel file, up to 500 rows per file.
Is Relyo related to other companies called Relyo?
No. Relyo at relyohq.com is staff housing software for hotels and resorts. It is not related to other companies, apps or plugins that use the name Relyo.
Is Relyo free during the pilot?
Yes, for selected partners. The pilot starts with one building, and the founders set it up with you. Pricing is not public and is agreed after the pilot.
