Yes, in Relyo a period can be a project phase, a rotation or any other cycle you run. When one ends, you start the next from it and carry over properties, people and amenity setup.
We lease apartments for our crews. Can the landlords use Relyo?
Yes, landlords get their own Relyo portal to list their apartments, give you access and revoke it at any time. They see who stays there, tickets, inspections, contracts and rent status.
Does Relyo collect rent or deduct it from pay?
No, Relyo does not collect rent or touch pay. It tracks who owes what and what was paid, including proof of payment that your staff upload. The money moves outside Relyo, by bank transfer, cash or payroll deduction.
Does Relyo connect to our HR or payroll system?
No, Relyo has no HR, payroll or ERP connection and no API. Staff lists come in from CSV or Excel, up to 500 rows per file.
